heh, I've actually been a closet Man City fan longer than I've been a Milan fan. I claim to be 50-50 with the teams but in reality I've found myself following City and cheering for them a lot more than I have Milan the past 3 or so years :$

Read: I told you beaches Citeh was going to be a contender one of these days. :mrt1:

**** game overall, Chelsea took us to school and controlled pretty much most of the match. Robinho looked good but tried to impress too much at certain points. SWP made some great runs, Jo held the ball up very well and Ireland played good but needs to ****in shoot more than he did today given the chances he had. our defense was ****, that first goal was a joke when it came to defending set pieces. Zabaleta and Ball got run ragged, Zabaleta probably one of the worst players on the pitch today. whatever, gonna take a while for everything to settle in and everyone to gel so I'm not TOO upset.

Not upset, it was CHelsea and nothing to be ashamed about. We could do with Johnson back, we always look stronger with him in midfield.

And at least United lost so that tempers everything.

cheers guys, I'm sure a few more matches and everyone would be settled. Robinho, SWP and Jo showed some good promise linking up but our defense stood strong. Nice to see both sets of players get on with each other well also. (Y)

City fans absolutely cracked me up today with their sign boards, I have to say they've got more sense of humour than their uhm...counterparts(no offense).
Spotted a few City sheikhs in the crowd, that was a good laugh.

No mate that's just how he plays, (robihno) that is both what is great and what pisses you off about him

Stunning football. Ireland and SWP played some of the best football I've ever seen, Robinho was fantastic, the fluidity of our attack was simply unstoppable today, our true potential of what we're capable of was on display, just ******* amazing.

FT Manchester C. [6 - 0] Portsmouth
13' [1 - 0] J.A.d.A.S. Jo
20' [2 - 0] R. Dunne
57' [3 - 0] Robinho
68' [4 - 0] S.W. Phillips
78' [5 - 0] C. Evans
83' [6 - 0] G. Fernandes

6 different scorers too!

Certainly was, and nice to see a mix of the old and the new scoring as well. And how can James be ENgland keeper? HART NOW!

I think Garrido's gonna get the nod over ball in games in which we want to attack the opponent since he's more adept on the attack. But in more difficult games (let's say against the top four), Ball would be the option to provide some defensive stability

saw the matchday extended highlights of this game.....DEAR LORD WAS IT AN ORGIASTIC BLOODBATH....wow!

That trident attack of Robinho/Jo/SWP is gonna be a nightmare for all, if they aren't already.

This is great, man. Another offensively scintillating squad that you can look forward to checking out every week as a neutral.
