Pegged back again, defending once again lets us down. Moment of the match was, at 3-3, City corner, camera pans on Lescott as he runs into the area and the announcer talks about how he scored a late winner at Reebok Stadium 2 years ago with Everton. 10 seconds later, the ball rolls to Lescott's feet with nobody within 5 yards of him, and he proceeds to swing and miss the ball completely as it rolls out for a goal kick. What a ******* joke, if he's worth 24M I'm worth at least 16M.

Tevez finding his feet though, his 2nd was a ******* peach, and all with 10 men because Mark Clattenburg doesn't know how to referee a ******* first tier match. Joke sending off of Bellamy, couldn't believe that ****.

Poor showing after that horrible showing at Spurs, our defense is an absolute mess, luckily Bellamy is a god and saved our asses. Roque played well, Ade needs to step his **** up.

I honestly think it's going week-by-week now and his job is dependent on how the team plays on the weekends. If we didn't win today, I could have honestly seen him being sacked. Apparently after the 3-0 against Spurs, there was a lot of disrest in the dressing room, players going at each other (not physically), etc. and he seems to have lost control. I think the players all like him as the boss, and firing him at this point would probably be a ridiculous move given that we've lost 2 games all year long, we're in our first Cup semi-final in god knows how many years... If he can sort out the defense and add some stability in our midfield, we'd be a much better team than what we're showing now, but that's a big if at this point.

New reports already surfacing claiming Hughes is on the way out regardless, with Roberto Mancini coming in to replace him. Sparky looked pretty emotional after the win today, waving to the fans in what seemed like a "goodbye" gesture... ****'s hitting the fan.

Somehow I feel for hughes.. Gotta wish him the best in his next team. Your getting a top coach in Mancinni, it will be interesting to see how he changes things around.

Gotta feel for Hughes, man, that's such an unfair sacking if there ever was one. Only mistakes he made was bringing in Toure and Lescott, because those 2 ******* clowns are the reason for our poor form over the past 11 games (2W-1L-8D......). About 95% of City fans on the boards I'm reading are furious with how this went down.

As for Mancini, overrated. His back-to-back-to-back Scudetto titles were pretty much handed to him because of the whole match-fixing scandal that knocked Juve and Milan back for a few seasons, and he wasn't able to do **** in the Champions League.

Very disappointed in how everything transpired, not particularly proud to be a City fan right now, but it'll pass over the coming days.

And I swear to god if Robinho had ANYTHING to do with this sacking with his back-room pussy power, I'll ******* hunt the little **** down and beat him while Bellamy holds him down.

by the Saudis who hired him maybe, coz he's certainly not overrated in his homeland, or by anyone else really ...

Mancini is very, very overrated. In fact, I don't rate him at all. Rony said it best, the scandal set Milan and Juve back and gave Merda a free ride to the Scudetto.

Hope that he dosen't employ the same tactics as at inter with playing multiple defensive midfielders and just relying on the forwards to create just a few attacking chances a game.
