In terms of value better to compare with Umtiti than Hummels

But I see absolutely no reason why you should complain about transfer fees even if it is 60m, you can afford it and you've wasted hundreds of millions already so why not a bit more?

I see your point ... but at the same time we can spend less where possible to have budget for bigger names, or we wont have to sell some of our key players like de Gea.

You won't sell De Gea except via the release clause which he insisted be put in his contract when he signed extension last summer. You won't sell anyone you don't want to sell unless they force it.
