That's all I want to say.

We had a nice game, we created many chances and we should have scored more.

Our starting lineup is very strong in attack in this game. Rooney Ruud upfront with Giggsy and Park on both flanks, Scholesy and Smithy in the midfield... Scholes and Smith were our forwards before and now they play really well together in the midfield.

Ronaldo also played very well in this game, his stepovers and one-on-ones are superb.

Go beat Benfica!

What is love?

Great match today, Portsmouth didn't give up but we broke them down. I'm confident, but still a little bit wary, going into this next match against Benfica. Benfica are obviously a team far stronger than manager-less Pompey, but we are looking stronger and stronger. I think Ronaldo and Giggs will start on the wings in Portugal, with Park coming on around the 70/80 minute mark.

I personally didn't feel rooney was at his best yesterday, and i still felt we lacked that decisive breakthrough until ronaldo came on. He instantly drew 3 players towards him, which created space for others. Great stuff for scholes, he'll probably go on a 3 or 4 match run of scoring now. Also, brown is not a full-back.
After the match i went to look at the george best tributes at the front of the stadium. It sends a real chill down your spine reading all the messages and just seeing all tributes laid out, even for me not being alive to witness best in his glory days. It will stick with me for ever, and means a lot for me to be part of the 1 minutes applause.

Another thing, I hope Brown replaces Silvestre as a central defender because he's just more solid.

hope he is recovered well and not rushing himself just for the pleasing of Saf and the fan's.

Ole played the first half of the reserve game against Liverpool,he did not scoore but had a half chance and a shoot blocked,he sure aint 100% but he looked good taking the fact he has been out for 18 months.
nice to see a lot of fan's there singing Ole chant's.i think 2-3 reserve games and he will be a sub on the 1st team again!

he also said that he'd be buying 2 or 3 signings in January to strengthen the squad, he said that his MAIN TARGET isn't available until the summer.
