Yeppzz, just what I thought, playing with 2 real strikers would definetly produce more goals, atm Ruud is responsible for the goals, but he can't do the job week in week out

Would look nice offensively but playing two strikers in midfield would probably result in every team running straight trough the middle without being challenged. A diamond with wingers needs a DM who actually knows how to play DM and is fully capable of controlling the play.

Hiddink can work well with young players and he sees a special player when he sees one, plus he doesn't need a good team to perform well with them, South Korea, Aussie, PSV (this season). And he wants to move to a bigger club, Capello is already at a big club working with unbelievable players.

I remembered once a guy here said he was happy that United played like Barcelona, and you bashed him immediately. Now you say you want Capello. My question is, why don't you support Juventus? I don't know if this is a double standard. Challenging you is not my intention. I just want you to clarify what you said. Please do correct me if I am wrong.

Like other people have said, that would work IF Smith was replaced by a true defensive midfielder. He can tackle, but he's no midfielder (although I do admit that he has done much better than I expected, and has improved a lot there).

when you've hit rock bottom, the only way to go is up. i fully agree with your statement, and i also believe that every team needs an excellent DM regardless of what formation they play. however, there's no harm in experimenting at this stage, and hopefully we'll see this in the game today.

if saha (or anyone else up front) gets injured again, you guys are really screwed, so i wouldn't play him excessively until his fitness is guaranteed.

Err...there is a difference between wanting to play like Barca and wanting a world class manager like Capello. If I say I want Hiddink to be our new manager it doesn't mean that I want United to play like Australia...

I don't think that it is the managers fault. he played his best line-up from what he had at the time. the players messed it up. ronaldo hogs the ball too much just to lose posession and then most of the long balls just go to the opposition. we need a better midfield to do their job and get the balls to our forwards. im sick and tired of seeing gary neville doing the crosses while being so prone to counter attacks.

i hope fergie fixes the mess they got themseleves into. or else alot of heads will roll.
