Fergie's A Grave Digger
Thomas Gravesen could make a shock return to the Premiership in January — at Manchester United. The Real Madrid midfielder quit England a year ago in a shock £2.5million move from Everton to the Bernabeu. Ironically that came just as United were hoping to land him on a free, had he stayed on Merseyside for the remaining few months of his contract. But he has failed to crack a regular place at Madrid and was dumped from the side which lost to Espanyol on Sunday. Now Alex Ferguson is eyeing the possibility of handing Real their money back as he hunts for a midfield anchorman.
