Fergie's A Grave Digger
Thomas Gravesen could make a shock return to the Premiership in January — at Manchester United. The Real Madrid midfielder quit England a year ago in a shock £2.5million move from Everton to the Bernabeu. Ironically that came just as United were hoping to land him on a free, had he stayed on Merseyside for the remaining few months of his contract. But he has failed to crack a regular place at Madrid and was dumped from the side which lost to Espanyol on Sunday. Now Alex Ferguson is eyeing the possibility of handing Real their money back as he hunts for a midfield anchorman.

Who do you suggest then ? Since he`s the only central midfielder we have right now. And Fletch got class, you are just too biased to see why

I understand that we have to play him, but do you really think he would start for Arsenal, Chelsea or Pool?

About Gravesen: HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

Yeah the Gravesen story is nonsense, he has been playing almost every week, just because he was benched the last match doesn't mean they don't want him or he wants to go.

But I believe that if Man U made an offer for him Real wouldn't say no, they easily sell players without thinking about the outcome of it (Makelele, Solari, Samuel....)

Solskjaer suffers new injury blow

Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed his return to training has been put back because of a fresh injury problem.
The 32-year-old has spent almost all of the last two seasons on the sidelines trying to combat a serious knee injury.

He told MUTV: "There has been a bit of a setback. It was not really anything to do with the old injury, but it will take a few more weeks to recover.

"I am hoping to be back in training by 1 November."

Manager Sir Alex Ferguson has previously revealed his own doubts over whether Solskjaer would play again

He would not, but that`s something we gotta live with. And the idea of playing Giggs in the centre is just stupid, he is a pure winger. Anyone who has watched United ever since Giggsy playing will know for sure that everytime he plays in the centre, it won`t bring the best of him for the team.

Neville Out For 6-7 Weeks

I don't believe this, It's a real blow to our defence. I'm not sure how long our defence will stand strong, i hope they can cope until the Gary and Gabi return. At least Rio and Mikael are fine! Get well soon Gary.

i have faith in our defence...but the problem is that we are not scoring goals.. and if u dont score u dont win...

The only goal that we scored in a nice passage of play was at against everton...the 1st goal by ruud.

other than that... it was 2 blunders by Boumsong that got us 2 goals...a mistake by yobo... an aimlessly driven freekick that got to the feet of ruud

Look.....

Both Ferguson and Wenger have come resigned to the fact that they're not going to be able to compete with Chelsea in the league while circumstances are the same. Hence not spending a great deal in the summer and placing a larger emphasis on the cup competitions.

be that as it may, this does not mean we should lose out on 3 points week in, week out, to clubs like Blackburn.
