Setanta Sports was showing it in Canada.


Anyway, our attack might as well have not shown up today. Vidic did all the work up front and at the back. Ronaldo's freekick worry players, standing in the wall, more about getting a concussion, rather than troubling the keeper. And our movement was like watching the glaciers move. Undeserved win, only Rio and Vidic deserved it.


Glad its another win, but we gotta start playing well fast because Chelsea is next. I hope that it was all because of the very very very early kickoff right after the internationals that our players are so tired and nothing to do with the team chemistry. Benitez complaining about unfair treatment and having to play at 12:45! HA friging HA! That yellow on Ronaldo for diving was a bad call, Alan Wiley didn't even hesitate a second to think about what actually happened. And where did the 4 minutes come from? 4 yellow cards, from which 2 were incorrect?

Whatever, i'm done, we won and i'm happy. For now at least.

Its hard to think of any bigger threat from corners than Vidic to be honest. Not a good peformance by any means again, but the job got done so its hard to complain. We looked better with Saha on the pitch...

Damn!! I couldn't watch the game, my internet was out, I just saw the first 20 minutes or so, how was Tevez today, I read that today was his best performance so far, happy that we won again, Vidic our saviour, we are back on track,

Don't you guys think that it is an advantage for us to already play against the so called bogey teams early this season (especially away)?, we have always had difficulties with City, Portsmouth, Everton (sometimes), Spurs

giggs was awful...ronaldo had an complete off day. Tevez was the only attacking player that was hungry and worked hard for us. Rio struggled against yakubu but vidic covered him well. I think we have the best defense in the league so far but going forward we are still struggling.

Damn very bad news, Silvestre has been ruled out for the rest of the season, it is a pity to lose him, a very loyal player, never complains and he always does his job for the team, wish him a speedy recovery and I hope he returns sooner then expected

aye shame to lose a good back up player like silvestre but i guess it means that evan a pique will have a chance to break into the team with johnno missing too

Very bad news, but I'm glad it gives Pique a shot at getting playing time in the squad. He's a player we need for the future, and hopefully he can make some good peformances when and if needed.

I feel for Silvestre, he doesn't get too many chances these days and that may be the end of his united career, from a team point of view it doesn't make much difference as Evra is much better than him.

Silvestre wasn't realistically biting Evra's heels for the starting job, but when you look at it from a depth point of view, it's worrying. O'shea is injured, and Heinze is gone, if Evra was to get any sort of injury we'd be in trouble.
