To be honest, its better to concentrate on our own team because it will be less frustrating.

And yeah, Arsenal weren't that fluid but winning league titles is not about performing well over 38 games. There are results that needed to be eked out. Fulham and Liverpool away last season comes to mind. We just have to keep winning.

Yeah and to consider that Keane missed a penalty. If that had gone in, it would at most be a draw. But look at it this way, later this season L'arse will have another difficult away match going to White Heart Lane.

They have played a lot of home matches thus far and they have to visit all the difficult places, OT, Stamford Bridge, City etc..

I agree, except that Arsenal have already played at White Harte Lane.
They won 3-1.

It will be tough against everton later today... The blue scousers are in terrific form.
your right!
in the first half we had lot of possesion and a world class goal but everton is dangerous.
Cahill is a player in great form at the moment and he shoud not be allowed to come inside the box.
think simpson is having a bad half, doesent succed with anything and Kuszczak dont impress with his footwork!

Edit: If Simpson had a bad day,O'shea aint got a better day!
good win!

man i thought we were gonna draw...and we got a break. *phew* Ronaldo is an imperative player for us. Time and time again he delivers when in need.

Hopefully this penalty will shut the people who thought ronaldo should have given the penalty earned against derby county to tevez. I didnt see anyone wanting tevez to take it.....

Great win! And what a freekick from Ronaldo, he actually had all his freekicks on target today, he may have found out the way to take them.

Rooney was very good today, the best player IMO, had a goal and an assist. Great to see Park back in action, worked hard as always.

Saha also had a good game, rewarding it by scoring two goals.

Great Game....I agree...great to see Park back on the pitch....he made a couple nice passes...4-0 is always a nice result.

Portsmouth frustrated Arsenal, and we're on top now by 1 point. Ferguson said christmas would be the telling point, and we're going strongly by taking the top spot. Both Chelsea and Arsenal could only draw today, so winning was a big bonus.
