Steve Coppell has been suggested too... i'm a big fan of his and he's definately got the brain to do it. Not sure if he's got the right personality though.

Give the boy a chance for fu'ck sake. SAF obviously thinks he's got what it takes. And i've always been impressed with him when i've seen him play.

We can't always agree with what SAF's thinks do we? We will always have our opinions on players but he is the head honcho of the players so he would know them better than us.

cant wait for the european cup this year, should be great provided our attackers start gelling. We got more squad rotation, you would hope, plenty of backup. Biggest downfall of last season, players were far too drained or injured.

which also remind me we got ron back for our next game right? rooney cant be that far off? with those 2 back and now with saha playing games, things are looking up.

Yeah you're right, we could be at full strength within the next 2 weeks or so, if we get through the international stage, Gary isn't far either, we need him more then ever at this moment

i think that man utd has 4 of the best players in the world for the years to come
i'm talking about nani, anderson, rooney and ronaldo
nani and anderson still have a lot to learn but both of them have great potential
ronaldo and rooney are already the 2 most influential players in the team but they will get even better in the future
so i think that although the hopes will be very very high, ferguson's replacement will have all the conditions to make a great team. with the right manager i don't see why ferguson's great work can't be continued

queiroz is not good option. he knows a lot about football, but not about motivating players and controllin them
his job at united is perfect because he only has to deal with preparing the players and not making decisions. he's great at dealing with young players and developing them but at real madrid he showed that he can't handle a team full of stars
so i think he should stay in this job, it's better for him and for the club

yes i forgot about tevez
as for vidic is a fantastic defender but he's 25 or 26, he's older than the others, that's why i didn't include him

Why not? He still hasn't reached his peak. Look at Nesta and Maldini. Well into their thirties and still 2 of the best in the world.

i know that. but i was talking about the team that the future manager will have
probably ferguson will still manage utd for a few years, and when another manager comes vidic will be peaking, but after one or two years he'll start his ending part of the career, unless he's like costacurta and plays until he's 40
the other players i mentioned will probably enjoy their best years with the new manager

When does G. Neville return from injury? I'd love to see him return to RB when he's fit - but leave Giggs as captain.. I'm sure it won't happen though

Gaz Neville is sadly quite proned to injuries in this late stage of his career and yes we do miss his rampaging overlapping runs and crosses. No worries though as quite a number of players are able to play at RB namely,Brown(not convincing for me) O'Shea(should play at RB ahead of Brown),Simpson and Bardsley.Danny Simpson is a huge talent and its no coincidence that Sir Alex has tied him down till 2010 ahead of other young starlets.

Brown has been a very solid backup RB for us, always done a good job and been consistent in my opinion. O'Shea lacks the attacking abilities that Brown seems to have achieved recently.

I'm sorry Daz but i really dont agree there. I think recently, especially against Sunderland Brown has been shocking. Looked lost in the final third, his crossing is appalling.
