It's probably because of Becks that we have so many fans of United all over the world, notwithstanding the contribution of others.

UEFA are gonna assess Fletcher's red card on monday. BTW Brown has been ruled out of the season through injury. Bad luck for him.

Wow WTTTFFF!
If he is a Chelsea fan, I can't think what will happen.

he probably bet everything he had or something. i highly doubt anyone is stupid enough to hang themself just cause arsenal lost.

Tevez has once again ventured his frustration about lack of games and said he doesn't think he'll stay at united. Would be sad to let him go, but if he goes, I hope we get someone like Benzema or someone like Agbonlahor who could be a good backup. Coz we'll be left with only 2 experienced strikers if he leaves.

Assuming Tevez does leave, which I think he will, Benzema and Agbonlahor are starting players, and with Berba in there, why would they go to ManU?? specially with the world cup just around the corner

OK first off, Tevez is being an idiot. He's played more minutes than both Berbatov and Rooney. What the hell is he complaining about? He's also had his share of "important" games but has failed to make an impact. That's his own fault. He's gotta realize that even if he switches teams, IF he goes to a club with a stature like United's, he's not going to get anymore playing time. He's a good player but he can't expect to be first choice week in and week out over Rooney and Berba.

As far as a replacement, Benzema would be very nice but he'd cost too much so I can't really see us getting him. Agbonlahor is IMO not nearly good enough. He'd be struggling to start in front of Campbell and Manucho and he'd probably cost too much as well. We might not even buy anyone to replace Tevez (I don't think he'll stay) if Sir Alex believes that he can rely on the younger players next season...or maybe we'll loan another striker like we did with Larsson? (sp?)

In My opinion, whoever does not want to stay should be released. Be it with Ronaldo or with Tevez.

Anyways, Benzema will be good if we let go of Berba, which i don't think SAF will do.

Well, I don't like Benzema coming to Man Utd as current salary.

I think so. Or it works to a guy who makes team's atmostphere bad.

good win..slightly slack in the 2nd half but winning is the name of the game from now on. I was so pleased for tevez..little argie deserved it. Not sure about the celebration though.

And whats up with ronaldo..throwing tantrums. Which is both good and bad.

The derby win was fantastic and it looked not that hard. They won both matches last year and we took our revenge this year.

I’m still trying to digest Ronaldo’s behavior; it was a true symbol unprofessionalism, stupidity and immaturity. If he wants to go to Real, he shouldn’t do these kinds of things to get Fergi’s permission, that was a big shame and it killed all the momentum that we got in last couple of matches. Fergi and others were to angry as well at the end of the match.

I hope he apologizes to avoid any further damage.

We'll take Ronaldo off your hands for 150M and put him in the reserves.
Most Welcome. (Y)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fletcher given MOM. Just been interviewed and his thoughts on missing the final are that he just has to accept it. Given the opportunity he needs to do his best to ensure the team win the league games leading up to the final.

Ronaldo should take a leaf out his his book.

Ronaldo's reaction was disappointing . He must realise that he's just a player in the team and not act like a star all the time . Hope he gets some hairdryer treatment from SAF.

Tevez was fantastic and he links up with Berbatov much better than Rooney . Great goal .

Vidic was rock solid , his tackle on Ireland was Brilliant .

Rafael hid robinho in his back pocket and the last bit of dribbling by him was good . But he still has to work on his tackling and positioning , gets committed too soon , i feel .

Fletcher And Giggs were good .

Ronaldo beat Richards often , good to see him back on form . Good goal .

Park was a live wire , a good performance by him .

Evans is growing in reputation , like Ferdinand reads the game well and showed decent pace when Robinho And Richards tried to run past him .

Van Der Sar didn't have anything much to do except the shot saved from martin petrov .

Evra made some good runs forward .

Scholes and Rooney stabilized the possession which was missing at the start of the second half .

Anyways, Today's the first time that I am not too excited about the victory.

Tevez is on my mind and he's leaving. SAD real SAD. Not the way to reward a player who played a major role last season.

brace yourselves for all the bull**** in the papers tomorrow. I mean they kept replaying his reaction a million times. Understandable on ronaldo's part, he was playing well and wanted to be on the filed to score more goals. But that was pretty petulant. I am sure fergie will have a word and everythin will be sorted out. No need to blow up the issue.

Tevez wants to stay at ManU, that is why he is ''angry''...he doesn't want to leave to Real or Inter...

United has the chance to sign a proven player (Tevez), intead of throwing money to another player, like Benzema.
