Based on some sources, Inter is very close to sign Lucas, Real to Modric, and RVP will probably will stay or will join Juve.

It's important for United to be successful in transfer market because that's part of the game as well, it's not good for our reputation.

Vidic will be back for the next tour. He might play against Valerenga this Sunday. Great news! Evra, Ferdinand, Vidic and Jones will likely start at the back.

So, will Kagawa and Powell be enough as signings? Doesn't look like we'll be signing any more players despite what Fergie said. Our rivals Chelsea and Arsenal have been more active in the market. Especially Chelsea. I really hope we reinforce our team a bit more. One or two signings would be great. I am surprised that City has been quiet so far. That's probably because they don't have space in their squad for more players and they will have to sell in order to accommodate new ones.

Kagawa will definitely improve the team but I still think we need another CM or DM. I'm not too sure if Powell is ready for the first team or not. He comes from the English 4th tier and he's so young. Any idea how our team will look like? I think its most likely to be like this:

It looks fine and is strong enough to compete for the title but I hate having to rely on Scholes. Who knows though maybe Ando or TC23 will step up?

I also wonder how will Chicharito and Welbeck be used? Welbeck might come in as a substitute for one of the wingers or even Rooney but how about Chicharito? He certainly sucks when playing as lone striker. It will be interesting to see what formation Ferguson will use. Maybe we will switch to 4-4-2 when one of these 2 come on with Kagawa on the wing.

Yeah, I'd love it if we signed him but I still think this money could be better spent. Why not invest in midfield? I think our midfield is good enough but we can't keep relying on Giggs or Scholes. Fletcher is also likely to stay on the sidelines for a long time. Cleverley did well in the olympics so lets hope he doesn't get injured again.

This looks like good news. It will take a long time for him to get back into fitness for sure. He is very likely to have lost at least 5-10kgs with this bowel problem.

Moura will most probably go to PSG (just because they can afford him), no chance of Van Persie too (he's off to Juventus, I think)...

Now, Fergie can just go ahead and set his sights to some cheaper like Athletic Bilbao's Llorente

Heard Olympic superstar Usain Bolt is even planning on trying out for football club...:bob: But don't think he'll be at par with the football stars out there...

there are many other players that Fergie can sign, he go with whatever player's got the highest price tag...I believe there are a lot of good ones out there that's worth more than what they're offered for...

We wasted the whole ******* summer to get Moura and it only took 2-3 days for PSG to snap him up. When will Ferguson understand that he won't get anyone unless he decides to pay? Why didn't we strike a deal before PSG got interested? Chelsea and Arsenal are reinforcing their teams and look at us. We only got Kagawa (which is an excellent deal but not enough signings compared to our rivals).

We haven't been that good in pre-season so far. I wonder if we're even ready for the season.

I was chuckling at Srallex criticizing PSG ... I mean, I think that much money for Lucas is stupid, but why is it crazy to pay 35 million pounds for a 19-year-old in 2012, when he paid 30 million pounds for an 18-year-old in 2004? :-D
