Since I'm no longer mod, I think it's about time I had a change of gimmick. The dark overlord thing was getting stale anyway and had probably run its course. Anyone got any good ideas for my new character? I think a face turn could really cement my place in the main event but I am open to ideas.

Possibilities:

The Mimic - I must always emulate the style of posting of the last person to post in the thread.

The Poet - Every post must have a functional rhyme scheme.

The Lee - Proceed to lead an awkward social life and post about it intermittently in a blog. Requires at least one faked death.

The Xaviesta - Only post one-word posts, images, links, or fanboy factoids.

The Maestro - Be unfathomably nice to everyone. Always.

The Hipster - Every post must contain the term 'false 9'.

The chygry - be like chygry.

The Drunk - Self-explanatory.

The CarlosDanger - Post only animal facts.

The Matrix - A play on the 'Az invaded our accounts' storyline, wherein I am now one with the site. It is me and I am it.

The Uprising - Using the recent Az vs Alex storyline, Alex adopts the evil overlord role and I lead the rebel uprising against his iron-fisted reign.

The Foreigner - Speak like Arnau

The References - Every post is done in the style of a fictional character

Those are some ideas, anyone got any others or got a preference for any of the ones I just made up?

What about "The Newbie"? - Completely analyze and breakdown what a poster says in a very serious tone. Criticize hot women, and also, provide a response on behalf of other posters just for... fun?

I'm going to have to think about this one. I would have seriously picked The Maestro, but it would just be you doing a complete 180, and that would not be fun at all.

I voted the mimic, though it would be great if you were often posting after Newbie, so MZs idea of "The Newbie" came to fruition. The uprising would be good too.

That is precisely why I thought the maestro would be interesting.

I'm just not sure I'd be believable as a face long-term. The original plan was for sepam (who does not exist) to lead the uprising against me and so climb to the main event scene and then he'd enter a feud with heel-turned maestro (whi had been pulling the strings all along) but that went out the window.

I think you need to be extremely over to pull off a good tweener and I'm not sure I'm there yet. The heel run helped, though.
