ManU in Career Mode?

Well I wanted to coach Ajax but I had to start with another lower team as well so I picked the Hearts from Scotland and after one season with the Hearts and taking the Scottish cup and the championship in the league, Ajax was in the list and I could go there 
How?? Go to 'my Fifa 2005' and select ManU as your favorites, it takes only one season to get them interested in you if your first team played well
ManU will be my next move, I already earned two stars as coach 
this game is fun!!!! no matter how many guys say its crap I like it

How The Picking A Team In Career Mode Works
You will only be asked to coach a team that is at most 2 stars better than the level of your manager prestige. So if you have 2 stars at the end of a season, then you will be offered jobs at teams up to 4 stars in all the different regions... but you will not be offered the job to -every- 4 star team, the ones offered are random and if you're dissapointed with the selection simply replay the last game in the season before and you'll receive new random choices. The acception to this is that in some of the smaller leagues that only have one tier (no division 2), you'll be able to pick better teams in these divisions right from the start, like Rangers and Celtic in the SPL. I recommend picking one of these two teams in your first year as it's very easy to get through the first season unbeaten simulating games with either team. You'll end the year with 1 star.
So, if you want to play with Arsenal or AC Milan (the only two 5 star club teams) you have to finish the previous year with 3 stars. This can be accomplished in 3 seasons.
I'm not sure what all the individual managerial points levels are for the awarding of stars but I do know that the amount of Manager Points you need to reach 2 stars is 1350 points... so if you're near an end of a season and close to this try to win all your games to reach it to improve your club selection the next season.
The transfering system in career mode is also very very easy to abuse. Starting your 3rd season in the game you should get 1200+ points to distribute, if you max out the finances category you can buy players for much cheaper, and sell them for much more than they're worth. I was able to transfer 10 of the best players in the world to Ajax in my 3rd year, and in the process it raised their team rating form 3.5 stars to 4.5 stars. Team ratings are based entirely on the strength of your starting 11 players.
Players are also definitely retiring on all teams.

what's the fun in that? how the hell can a league 2 club win all those cups? do u play on amateur or something? I placed 3rd in my first season and then went on to coach the wolves, I've had 2 wins and 2 losses so far, It's more fun when you don't win every single game.
