Maybe try Wayne Bridge, Dietmar Hamann, or Darius Vassell.
This players have bad face (by Ea)
And maybe Nick Barmby - generic face

Use photoshop, it is easy. Pick a color from another hair-color that has proper color and apply on your texture color. You may need to adjust color to get better color.
