its a good start, best thing you can do is find a better, and large, original photo to reference, and a really good template, keep making! especially unmade faces as I feel they are the most valuable!

So they aren't going to be the best quality.

Please forget brush-tool :) It's useless in facemaking.

First get some better tex from CM12 or CM11.
Then, don't use brush-tool. For eyes, noseholes, and deleting sides, use rubber tool.
You don't need to fix hair in tex. After you made the tex, sharp it, but not too much!

Hope you understand :)
Keep working, and you will be better.
