a small trick that works 100%. Just open the kit in MS Paint and hit Ctrl S ie. save them from paint. That's it!

My Creation Master always crashes when I load in a 24 bit image - just open the downloaded images in Paint and re save them (converts them to 32 bit)

I don't know, I might only do the HD kits for bigger teams, or kits that have more detail.
