Mass Edits in Squad and DB files ?

1. Is this possible?

2. If so how is it done and with what programs?

ex. Aggression all 15,000 Players to 99

you need DBM 12 and Microsoft Excel.
to much trouble to try and explain how to do it, but if you upload your DB I can do it for you ?
but if you wanna have a go, get DBM 12 here:

make sure to make a back-up of your DB first.
