Max no of faces game crashes

Custom Face Crash..
Scenario :

My game have alomost 80 custom faces. When I try to add 2 or 3 more using impbig.exe/ gfxpak.exe. It started to crash when I try to load a games.
My Attempt
========
1) I try to remove the Fifa2000 in user directory and restart. Sometimes It works.
2) If the first attempt fail, I have to copy the face.big, player.big, hair.big, head.big from Fifa CD and reinstall back to the 80 custom face using impbig.exe.
Anyone have ideal to solve it ?? Thanks.
