Yes, I know. I install the mini face and save, but then when I open creation master again, I don't see the new mini face just the old one.

After importing minis you need to do regenerate with CM... Try if this work...

Okay mate, but how I do that? And the faces and kits that I have put will be erased?

After you save your importing of mini faces go to tools and then regenerate bh ... Wait until process is done... That's it...
Nothing will be deleted...

Installing any Miniface through Creation Master causes a huge loss in quality.

1.Convert png's to dds using Paint.net
2.rename the files to "p" followed by the player's id for example Ramos would be "p155862".
3.place the file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 14\Game\data\ui\imgAssets\heads
4.Regenerate, Personally I use Filemaster 14 to regenerate, it's quicker to load than creation master.

This will provide the best result ingame...

These are not minifaces but it is something I wanted to share with you :) This is Lokomotiv Moscow cmnews...
Instalation:
1. open db with Db Master
2. find option career_newspicweights
3. find team with Id 106
4. go to copy record
5. insert record
6. find copied team and change his Id to 100765
save...

Copy all downloaded files to data/ui/imgAssets/cmnews...

Do regenerate...
