Missing League Logo Image

The league logo is missing from the intro video to my matches.
When the intro screen is first displayed and the rotating EA/League Logo graphic comes towards you, I can see the EA logo but the league logo is missing and in it's place is a 2-coloured checkered box.

Does anyone know what steps I can take to correct this?

I imagine there might be missing files from the overlay folder..

BTW: I have a FIFA Mania mod on my game and things were working fine. I have added some different mods and updates here and there.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

start with what you added after the mod that worked.

Sorry,

I've added facepacks, a splash page plus main menu and career backgrounds.

I thought perhaps someone could tell me the particular file that might be missing.
