Modded Game Files To New Install

Hello guys!
im about to ge a new pc, and i would like to copie the game as is from ,y old pc to the new one.

now i understand that that ill need to install it agian, but i need your help with all the mods (MW, Faces and stuff).

Starting XI
Backup your entire game folder and your documents folder. Download the game on your new PC, then simply switch out the new files and paste in your old files. Game should run perfectly.
