Modding scouting countries

Hi,

I am managing a club team and the Iceland National team (added by the Moddingway mod) on a career mode and I'm wondering if there's a way to be able to get new players from that country into the game? Ideally I would like to be able to hire scouts from that country and send them to scout there.

There are also a lot of countries NOT added by the Moddingway mod that can't be scouted in. Is there any way for these countries to get new national team players, or would they eventually run out of players if the career save went on forever?

not possible, i believe. you'd need a working league in-game there to have any meaningful scouting.

Sorry should have been clearer - I mean youth player scouting. I would even be happy with just making it so when I send my scouts to another country, say Finland, they bring back players whose nationality comes up as Icelandic. I am asking if there is a way to make the game generate NEW PLAYERS who can at some point be used in the national team.
