Modding Way Mod Problem

Hi Fellas. I have tried to transfer players between teams (eg Juan Mata to United) using Creation Master 14 and after I have done this I cannot use Creation Master 14 again as it keeps coming up with an error message. I am using Modding Way v1.51 mod in game.

Any ideas / thoughts please?
