I was wondering if anyone has found a way to do this. I was looking at the recent Turkish and Bosnian patch and noticed both patches had edited DBI files. This is cool because it makes patches much easier to install (and is probaly much faster than using CC).
Now one approach is to modify the existing dbi files with a hex-editor... LOTS of work and quite restrictive. Does anyone have any idea how this can be done?
