As promised :

Here my little tool for converting mpg-1 videos
to FIFA13 intro vp6 format.

All you need is mpg-1 video with normal audio ( vdub will accept ).
The rest is done by this tool.

Please observe that this is an early alpha version.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK ! NO WARRENTY ! PLEASE CREATE
A RESTORE POINT !

I have tested it myself on Win7 64bit and Win XP 32bit.
If something goes wrong, just retry from the very beginning.
On slow machines there could be timing problems. I hope i can
solve this in the next version.

If missing, the following files/apps will be installed :

1.)EAvp6encoder
2.)VP6 codec for windows
3) MS common controls for windows (directly from MS site)
4.)The directories : work, system and misc will be created
inside the install dir you have chosen
5.)The needed tools will be copied to misc directory
6.)The work dir will be empty before the 1st start

If there are problem when installing or starting, try to "run as administrator" !

Working great, I had to put plugins to VDub because it gave error opening the file, but yet works great.

and what is the procedure we need to follow to first, create the video and second, insert it in the game?

Make video or download it, put on mpg-1 and after start program and select video and let it make the video.

5-Press ok and let the program role.
6-Just save the file and change it.

If VDub gives a error and nothing happens, you need a couple plugins for it

ok first bug
thing is It doesnt work at all for me!!

it is not programer fault.. it is because i was using those tool (before you release this editor) (i was trying to encode a video)

So, when the automatic procedure runs "Vp6encodre" or the rest of the tool tries to open the files (they start in my last open folder position) then everything goes wrong.
cause it cant find the ones it needs.

anyway. i will se how can i make this work manually.

if you can tell me step by step what i got to do. i do it myself and let you know if it works.

All needed and generates files should be found automatically
in the work directory.

My tool should overide everything
in the "open file" dialog and so find the files.

Sometimes there can be a timing problem.
If this happens the tool stops working.
I´m working on this.

I´m also working on a standalone tool which
will be much more comfortable.

i was able to make a video with your tools, manually. (i figured what your automatic procedure trayed to do and i did it myself)
