:drevil: Pro Evolution Soccer 4 is sports gaming heaven. Anyone who calls themselves a football fan and who has the want to play a football game, should pick this up. Pretenders to the throne come and go, and will doubtless continue to be released, but it is all about the GAME, dammit. It isn't about your licences, it isn't about who you have on the box this year, it isn't about how many times you can mention the title of the game in your instruction manual (complete with the necessary trademark symbol, of course). All it should be about, is the game, and that is why Pro Evolution Soccer 4 is so good. Buy Pro Evolution Soccer 4, love it (or learn to love it) and wonder why you ever bothered with the rest. Roll on the Xbox Live edition. :drevil:

The one preview rates it as 8.8 and the other a perfect 10!
I think a 10 is impossible, because of some bad points (striped shirt editing!, commentary, strange names for unlisenced teams, just to name some). What if all these imperfectnesses were perfect? Give it a 11.5 out of 10?? :o :rolleyes:
The 8.8 rate is to low IMHO and the reviewer thinks the FIFA-graphics are better. He did not mention the superb player-animations; didn't he see those?
I think a 9.4 or 9.5 will be more adaquate.

Og no herewe go again...we just had the argument over 10 out of 10 lets just be happy that the game is probably breathtaking good...im thinking about dumping my girlie so ill get more time for PES 4??

8.8 is a pathetic score. Fight Night got that rating and PES3 got a consistent 9.5 on almost every website. I think PES4 deserves atleast a 9.2 rating.

So wait, you have scored the game 92% even though it isnt out to puchase yet. You think a game that hasnt fixed most of the problems deserves 92%+

Its an opinion god dam it, and its only around 4% short of your "highly played opinion" score. It got very 88% and a GOLD award ffs

Get real, its not the score thats pathetic, its posts like yours that are. Read the god dam review next time ;)

With a control system that’s more ‘refined than confined’, Pro Evo Soccer still remains an impulse purchase for the true footie fan, whether or not FIFA 2005 steals some of that thunder later this month remains to be seen, but for now, simply nothing beats Konami’s offering in pure gameplay.

Both these reviews praise the game and your STILL not happy. Instead of slagging off peoples hard work and research why dont you write your own review and score it. When its out though of course and you have played it for long enough.

Chill out NOOB. FFS. I have WE8 which is basically PES4 and yes it does deserve a better rating than PES3, how can PES3 have a higher rating than PES4?. PES4 is a 90% game and next time don't quote me, I don't appreciate a noob like you calling my posts pathetic, epspecially after reading your whinging pathetic first post here.

Reviewers only decided what they've thought after playing PES. We all do. So,... my opinion, the scores should be between 8.5-9.8 to be precise in the range.
