when I was reading through this thread, I read through your post so quickly that I thought you said:

For some reason, humvees reminded me of women.

Mandieta6;3557449 said:
Why do you think that is? Are humvees feminine in yohr eyes or are women boxy like a humvee?

I don't know what I was thinking when I posted that. Humvees do not remind me of women. No cars remind of women.

This "My Car" concept is boring because you end up with pedestrian cars - it should have been the "Car that I want" thread.

Pretty much every car talked about in this thread is exciting, even the Accord and Focus are fun to drive. They may be economical, but they aren't "pedestrian". "Pedestrian" makes me think of mid-sized cars like the Camry and Passat. Not everything can be a Ferrari or Porsche, nor should it be.

And if it was, they would hardly be exciting :)

Focus is amazing to drive but Accords are a bit boring for my taste..

The Genesis is a badass little bitch. I might add that to the list. I had taken it off because of RWD, but maybe I'll consider your idea.

My guess on the car choices you have is that it is mainly due to the significantly higher fuel prices which drive the other vehicles out of the market. Most people just prefer a smaller car because it won't send them to the poor house.

how bad is the snow?

for example my friend lived in Boston for about two years, she tells as if it was like a white hell.. but if, say 10-15 snowy days a year then fuck it, get a RWD car..

I'm a mediterranian person, my mind cannot comprehend a really snowy climate..
