My Computer Greets Me Like This...

when i boot up, and windows starts, before i can use anything i get
1. A folder opened to C
2. Add New Hardware

i've tried deleting/disabling the hardware from device manager, but it just comes back
i have no idea how to stop the folder opening

if anyone could help me with either of these problems, it would be much appreaciated

i can't really say for sure, it's either an old digital camera which is have no drivers for or a scanner

Why don't you remove the hardware completely.

yes a printer, i'm looking into that bug
