my screen is flickering

during the match, my screen is flickering ... i don't know why !? the same in FIFA 09 and FIFA 10 Demo.

i have:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.00Ghz
Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT 512mb
2GB RAM

force v-sync on from nvidia control panel, by selecting fifa10demo.exe
