I've spotted two Kosovar players with black faces: no.15 and no.3 of the squad, from what I remember.

I think I know where the problen come from.
I paste faces folder from moddingway without realizing the ids

Can you help me fix these mentioned problems. I do use CM14 and I have edited the game in the past. However this is an already made patch so I'm not sure how to do that. For now I need Croatia kit fix and I want to fix the black face. What's the proper method? I'd prefer to send me a PM for that.

Tried but did not fix the problem... Also the back number is white instead of blue and the name position is still the same

I only found head with id50012 and it did slightly change the appearance. It is still not fixed.
