look for team_1335 and write this enableIndividualKitsGlobal(1337)
also in team 1354 and write enableIndividualKitsGlobal(1354)

this will enable the specific kits for germay and portugal

They already passed it to you and have to regenerate after putting it in the folder, otherwise it doesn't work for you.
