Ouch...get him to play some games, and strongly improve aerobic and power in training...but man, physical stats are a pain to improve. Good luck whatsoever.

Yeah. And stamina is how fast their fitness runs out during games. I won't even look at a player under 12 natural fitness anymore. Pablo Vitti had a 6 Natural Fitness and I could only play him every other game and got so fed up I just sold him.

Are you sure? Because I've seen players improve it. Oh, does anyone know why some players simply improve every single stat, even if you have it set on 'none'?

Try to bring in few good coaches. You can individually assign this fitness coach to specific players who needs fitness.

Bear in mind, if you focus much on fitness, other attributes will be affected. So it's a balance of both world. Skill & fitness

His stamina wont improve that much, as Ruud said, aerobic training and matches help a lot, but not compared with technical stats improvement for example.
