need help for faces

hi, im new in this forum. i want to try make faces for fifa 12 so what programs do I need to have a wish to make a face ?? and maybe is samewhere toturial how make faces for fifa 12? thank you for help.

Not bad try, I like v.1, maybe just reduce redness and change eyes to his real (it's very easy to make but he'll be looking more better), continue and make more textures.
