What exactly do you want to edit? graphis - kits, boots, adboard etc. or rosters, add new teams, etc?

That can not be explained in a few sentences. You find a lot of stuff in the editing forum. If you want to add kits, banners, logos, shoes, balls etc. you can find there programs that import those things to the game and you can also downloads them there. Just read a few threads.

Don't rush things man. Start with small steps, creating a league is what you can do if you have already made everything else.
Adding new league is quite complex, if you dont get all things right your game will keep crashing. Start with kits, and then try faces.
Editing is a difficult art to master, some of the guys here are FANTASTIC !!!
If you want to make your own kits, download a kit template, the you can start creating the kits. I find adobe photoshop the easiest program for the editing of kits and faces, so you may want to get hold of a copy of this.
