Im Currently making a patch:
i made a team
in freindly match they have 3 stars
but in manager mode they have 2-1/2 stars (2 and helf)
i dont know why,Help!

second and last question:
i made a generic faces
in the menu i see a black picture..in fifa06 i fix it by myself but i can fix it also in fifa 07?

why does it matter? stars mean nothing, its probably because in career mode your team chemistry starts quite low but in friendly mode it is usually higher which would give your team a little bit better stats in any case if you want more starts just boost your players stats in edit player mode.
