Need your Help, please

Hey Guys,
I have 3 Question about to find some graphics.
1.) I want to change the width of Standingcolor in league-tables to the end of table like in FIFA 19 (pics below). I know I can change it in StandingsHub.big in any .dat files. I've tried it many times and a lot of hours, but I didn't find out which Offset or hex-string is important.
Please I need your help and hope someone knows to help me.

2.) Where I can find these graphics?

Hi, I saw your messages in another post. Could you help me? How to combine the leagues in fifa, what to edit in compdata? I would like to add a 4th league in Germany.
