1st kit, pretty standard Athletic Bilbao. I like the usage of the green in the 2nd to incorporate all three colors of the Ikurriña, or Basque flag. Not too sure about the sleeve cuffs though, on either.

I don't know why someone would want to modify an original jersey. It looks fake if you change the name or font.
