New version of fatgui

A new version of fatgui is now available from FIFA ECP. This new version supports new FIFA 06 file formats as well as maintaining support for previous versions of FIFA which require fifa.fat regeneration.

Note that the author of fatGUI is Arushan.

fatgui allows you to regenerate the fifa.fat file which is required if you add/replace file in the zdata_XX.big files in the data folder, using programs such as BigGUI.

If the file you replace is not the same size as the one you replace it with, or you are adding a completely new file, not regenerating the fifa.fat file would cause FIFA to crash.
