1.put these in locale.ini and have a try
[POW]
ENABLE_ALL_UNLOCKABLES=1

[]
UNLOCK_ALL_UCC=1
2.click cancel when connecting to the EA servers when you enter the game


i tried but it didn't work.
I bought fifa just for this addon.
I would really appreciate if you help.

1. There is no problem with these operations, but you need the latest unlock mod and bootpack mod as the basis, so that you can unlock all the shoes and see their mini
2.I will update these mods this weekend

if you know how to use DB Master you can do this yourself. basically you need to change all the values under "isavailableinstore" in the "boots" table to "1"

you forgot these： “click cancel when connecting to the EA servers when you enter the game” You now need to repeat all the previous steps，and delete *overrideauto* in settings
