sounds great! Although I must admit I have just updated the gameplay slightly, in the words of Carlos Sparrowl

The intensty file has been updated for more variation and pressure and the CPU is slightly tougher to defend against and it's slightly harder. The CPU close down a bit quicker, which makes a difference, the goalkeepers are better for the user, making the CPU try extra hard and take more shots to score and put on the pressure and their goalkeeper is better making it a tighter game so it's balanced for us 'Xpert' gamers.
The overall feel is better for the CPU defence, you really feel like there is a wall now and not just some big wide open space to cut through and take 20+ shots. In fact, the CPU has out-shot me in plenty of games and I too have outshot them, but it is rewarding to beat the CPU when they take so many shots and clearly give the impression that they really want to beat you, so scoring goals that look great, also feels great!
I've scored a beauty goal and it is illegal NOT to show you!! It was using the build I sent you, but these kind of goals are still very possible now, just slightly more 'accuracy required' if you get me.

Right the update has been 'updated' so anyone who has been sent the update early will be playing a later built, however the difference is the following;
- Players' with great ball control stand out
- The players' like ronaldinho can take on 3+4 players' thanks to increased control handling
- More skill from cpu in shooting, more volleys, more spectacular shots on goal
- Players' with the best control trap the ball with the first touch greater, but can still stumble if over-used or ball is too fast
- Better control when trapping the ball with best players' (looks nicer)
The difference while playing in these conditions is really great! the play you can do and the play you see the CPU do is really cool! they've tried fake passing and all sorts, more turns and more volleys against me, although I was Barcelona against the cpu Real Madrid! I lost my first game 5-2, world class, 16 mins. Scored both goals with ronaldinho, first one was a great header, second a freekick, which I saved. The CPU really attacks now, better than ever before in any update.

no probs. I just made the CPU more aggressive on set pieces so hopefully they'll be more dangerous when taking freekicks, corners and also be better at defending from yours.
As corners/headers seems to be a good way of scoring at this moment, I am reducing goals scored this was quite a bit.

yeah i've played a few games now and I've had trouble scoring, hit the post and then broken the deadlock, BUT from a header!! It's annoying, but rewarding lol. I mean, you're trying to score, so yeah scoring is great, but from a header too often just stalls the enjoyment a little, and only a little I think. Not a big decrease in the fun factor here, but just a tad more aggression from the CPU to defend would be better
So i'll do that and perhaps make them tighter in defence during play.

god damn it NK! i just wanted to say the same! i have had an idea. you should change the crosses A LOT! every cross is inch perfect and then it always depends on the header if it's in or not. so why don't you make inch perfect crosses near impossible? also none of my headers ever go over the bar. they only go in the net or hit the keeper or just go wide. there should be more downward headers. and perhaps more volleys instead of headers but i don't know if you can change that! what do you say to that?

I just play tested my first two matches with the new updated download,
and I agree that the feel is nice. Remember I am playing Championship teams
(I am Reading) with no "high quality rated" players on either side.
I played two away games, at Wolves, and Cardiff City. I won both 2-0 and
2-1. The Wolves game was even for the 1st half, but then I outshot Wolves 14-2 in the second. Some really shaky defending by Wolves as well.
Cardiff on the other hand played a more even game (shots wise) against me
in the 2nd half. They got an opportunistic goal.
I had 1 goal from a cross, and a couple of nice ones. In both games, the
other side went down to 10 men (more CPU aggression??)
My feeling is that I would still like to see the CPU more aggressive in the
attack if it is possible, and also holding the ball. I think the CPU does move
the ball around pretty well, and the players will try fake passes and skill
moves which is really nice. I'll play more later, but I am tempted to play
a match against a higher rated team to see the challenge level. Overall,
I think its great work you have done.

I also agree Truered99 about the crossing. I'd love to see more errant crossing
if that is possible!
