Don't use supplements expecting your soccer game to get better, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. It's not a sport you can muscle your way through like football, rugby, or being a home run hitter. You use creatine to build up muscle bulk, but if you stop taking the stuff you lose muscle weight VERY VERY fast. Don't use supplements.

Centrum Silver is a vitamin, you're supposed to take vitamins every day regardless of if you're 4, 99, or anywhere in between. Can I suggest that you not buy the "Silver" brand, not that it matters much, but that's the special brand for people aged 60+. Just use the normal multivitamin, I think Walgreens and Jewel Osco and all the drug stores make generics too if you're going cheap.

Creatine is useful if you wanna boost your speed/power output since its used up mostly for high-intensity movements like sprinting. Protein supplementation seems pretty useless for a footballer, I'd only suggest it if you were trying to build muscle (possibly in the lower limb to improve force production for your shots? who knows).
