I've just downloaded the second version of Oedit, but it does not work. I also downloaded the VBrun staff, but it still does not open.
I don't know, if I need some other drivers as the ones in the Oedit readme.

No, but there's the error signal. There's only this sound, but no error message.

Hmm,
Try to give the .exe file another name,
that worked for many people with the first O-edit version too.
