Because not all leagues have complete teams, some leagues like Colombia are only having 5 teams and they r really not playing matches and so on. It's the same as starting a career in a league that does not have complete teams in crushes.

I was able to continue playing without seeing the table of the other leagues and at the end of the season I was able to see the tables without a crash, no idea what happened for that to be repaired on its own o_o.
Now the crash is different, I am in the year 2024 with Sunderland in the 3rd division and I have been first in the table to go up to the 2nd division directly but on May 13, a day after the last game of the semifinal of the playoffs the game crashes, it is very rare since it had not happened to me in previous seasons. In previous seasons I lost the final to get promoted, maybe there is an error in that part and now that I'm going direct that has happened.
I was so excited about this mod, I like playing lower divisions and fighting for promotion but this is so sad... Y_Y

fixed. uconsciuosly save the db in creation master, no changes at all but that corrupt the dlc making ucl teams dissapear

Friend you don't have the UCL groups. UEL. UECL of 2021/2022 for FIPv4.Here are the updated 2022-23 UCL, UEL & UECL Group Standings for those who might need them for tournament mode. Some of the actual teams from the UEL & UECL which are not in the database have been replaced with other teams. Please note that career mode will not work with this small update as it is only meant for tournament mode(tournament_real).
The 2023 UCL, UEL & UECL final venue settings have also been included.

No, maybe with the new updates of the mod it will be solved but you can't play with all the stadiums pack.
Yes. I did assign the tournament final venues for all the UEFA competitions according to real life matches for the current season. And so if you don't have the FIP stadium pack installed, the game is very much likely to crash when you get to the final.
Assuming you've already installed the required body models, you need to insert the following statement in the player.lua files for every female player if you haven't.
