Just a little suggestion for the 4.10 version.
Griezmann and Nuno Mendes end up at Barcelona and Sporting after their loan ends in 2022 although in real life they are no way going back to their original clubs.
You could make them permanent at Atleti and PSG respectively.
Although it's different from the FIFA db, but it's realistic.
Anyways, it's just my opinion.

It was already mentioned that tournament mode wouldn't be added in the first release. It will be added later at some point.
