Please stop complaining...
I understand that the mod isn't being released as quickly as you would like, but understand it hasn't been released as soon as I like either. I wanted this released in November. I'm now having to spend extra time modding that I didn't want to do.
There are many reasons for delays, but there is also a real lack of understanding of how long things take. For example kits. In the past, we had many, many people who would make kits, so you almost always could find someone who has made a kit for whichever league you want. It's now 8-9 years since this game was released. So the pool is much smaller. There are some that want to be paid for their work. As this is a free mod, I can't justify paying for kits. So I have to find people who are prepared to create kits or do it myself. Also, the majority of kit makers now create for the newer Frostbite kit style. So the sleeves have to be converted. Then imported into .rx3. Even with the correct format .png, more often than not, kits are not imported into .rx3 by the kit maker. Even when that is done, quite often things like the names, numbers, crests etc are not positioned correctly. So this has to be done. Even if this is done, you may have to create .lua files to ensure variations of kits display the correct numbers & colours. The db also has to be updated to include the kits no matter what. Then there are minikits. Which are not required for F14 but they are for the other mods we create.
Now maybe one kit doesn't take too long to do. But we have hundreds of extra teams. With a minimum of 3 kits each.
That is just kits. It is a similar situation for all other assets.
So please either:
A. Learn how to do these things, contribute and help things get done quicker OR
B. Shut up
