Im tested many many many quick match and have only one problem, if i pick Brentford, game crashed.
Problem is with the stadium because if i play Brentford but at another stadium everything is fine.
I have all updates of course.

It has already happened to me with 1 and 2, now I only need fix 3 but I don't know if fix 1 and 2 are correctly installed because files disappear.

use the version manger.. select the version apply., then regenerate using file master.

Maybe try to reset all Squads if you didn't open a new profile setting after the installation.

i added like more than 40 stadiums (most of them are yours) on top of Harry's stadium pack, however not via CM15 but by editing database stadium tables and doing proper linkage to teams. Then i just copied to respective folders the sceneassets and ui files. The only "issue" that pops up with this approach is missing stadium name in game (i wasn't able to find out how to edit this part by not using CM). But when you have already everything linked to proper teams, there is no issue at all and missing stadium name in the selection screen is just a detail.
So far it works correctly without any harm.

p.s. used only free stadium IDs, up to 510.

I don't know if this might help but always ensure you activate career mode compdata with tournament manager after editing & saving with CM15 or CM14.

Themes are all working except FIFA 21? (FIP Theme Manager). Career is doing great. The only thing is there is a crash when playing at the Brentford stadium. Harry check it out for yourself please. (Version FIP14 v4.03 ST)

It's true, I have it too.
I have the stadium pack installed up to 4, I have the mod installed the 13 parts, I also have the 3 fixes installed, I have regenerated as indicated in the instructions.
In "Fip Version Manager", I have set the version:
FIP14 v4.03 ST, which is supposed to be the stadium version.
Strangely, when I go back in, I get that I have the FIP14 v4.03 version on, despite the fact that I select and apply the ST version

An image of the stadium is supposed to appear before the game starts, in this case of Brentford, but it is not. By default, an image of a stadium appears that I think belongs to the training you do 1 vs 1 against the goalkeeper.
You can see in the first image how the name of the stadium is correct, but the image does not correspond. That already implies that there will be errors in the game, in this case the stadium appears in black.
