This season in particular I would suggest a clean install.
This is mostly because I had an issue with graphics being corrupted due to a faulty laptop HDD. Some people will have problems running the script that will remove/replace problem files so a clean install would be best this season.

Someone could help me the following happens me: I have installed the last version of FIP v4 the 4.10 and recently downloaded an updated BD created by ITURBE 1967 and when I start the Race mode it closes the game suddenly there is some way to fix it or I must go back to the previous BD

You simply need to RESET All squads if your career mode signings are replicated in the main database.

I don't support ITURBE DB's as they use the DB without giving any credit

I don't give out official release dates as things change. We are trying to do an earlier release this year though.

UPDATE 20TH SEPTEMBER 2022

Things are shaping up nicely.

So far I have completed the Russia PL, Brazil Serie A & B and all additional UEFA teams. Now I am waiting for the release of FIFA 23, so that I can apply the new stats & squads.

As scouser09 mentioned in his thread, we are considering releasing a bare bones update for the first release. This is so we can deliver quicker and then work on updates.

At this moment it looks like the first release will look something like this:
FIFA 23 teams & leagues* (excluding Women's teams)
Full Russia PL 22/23
Full Brazil Serie A 2022
Additional UEFA CL, EL, ECL 22/23 teams

* Full team & league list - FIFA 23 Leagues & Teams

Chile, Colombia & Mexico leagues
These are default F14 leagues and must be present in Career mode. At this moment I haven't decided what to do with the Mexican league as it isn't ready yet. The Chile & Colombia leagues will probably be partial and then be expanded when they are ready.

Even with a bare bones release, please understand that not everything will be ready the day that F23 is released. We will still need to convert a lot of stuff and not all of that is done by me. We also won't know if any of the formats have changed. Also the original DB that comes at release, is not a good option for the mod, so please don't expect an immediate release and do not pressure me for a release date.
