Stadium assignments fix

- Harry's previous stadium packs in your game
-You'll need FIP v4.10 ST ALP db
- Open v4.10 db with db master export these tables [stadiums - stadium assignments - teamstadiumlinks]
- Open FIP v5 beta db with db master and import [stadiums - stadium assignments- teamstadiumlinks] hit save and youre gucci

Please remember this is a BETA version of the mod. What that means is it is not the full release and lots of stuff is not included. If you choose to add faces, stadiums and other graphics just be aware that when the full release is available a lot of this stuff will be overwritten.

Support for the BETA is now removed as I only did the early release so you guys had something to play before the World Cup.

Increasing Subs in Career mode is not possible.. But you can increase the number of bench players..
