Before downloading, thank you for this great patch! You allow that many people who cannot play current FIFA can enjoy to the maximum.

Hi Harry, I know this may be an absurd question but it is very important to me.
I have no space on my PC and I want to delete all of V2, what I want to know is if V3 includes the FIP programs (Boot Manager, Scoreboard manager, Tournament Manager, etc.) or if I should keep them from V2? or if I can safely remove them that V3 will have them. in short what I want to do shortly is a clean installation of V3

I think v3 includes everything v2 did (just updated and has just extra stuff, not less) so you can do a clean installation no problem (it's even recommended since it's a lot less complicated and a lot less work installing it that way). If you're still not sure, go watch the installation video Harry put up in the same post he released v3 in, but I think i'm right.

That is a good question. v3 does not have the following software yet:
FIP Boot Manager & FIP GK Glove Manager
These will be added when I update the boots.

You can delete this software for now as it will not work as it did for FIP14 v2
